The Proprietor and Director of the school is Mrs Aneela Sattar, who works closely with the Head Teacher and senior leadership team to provide strategic direction and oversight.

Mrs Sattar has extensive experience working with children and young people and has successfully established two residential settings, alongside supporting the development of Supreme Start School. She has a strong understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements for residential children’s homes and independent schools, with particular expertise in safeguarding and child protection.

She holds a BA in Social Work and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care.

The school is establishing a governing board and complies fully with DfE regulations.
