The school has one Proprietor, Mrs Aneela Sattar, who has overall responsibility for the leadership, governance, and safeguarding of the school in line with the Independent School Standards.

Mrs Sattar works closely with the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the school provides a safe, supportive, and high-quality education for all pupils.

She has extensive experience working with children and young people and has successfully established two residential settings. She has a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements for independent schools and children’s services, with particular expertise in safeguarding and child protection.

Mrs Sattar holds a BA in Social Work and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care.

The school’s leadership and management arrangements ensure clear accountability, effective oversight, and full compliance with Department for Education requirements.
