Complaints
Supreme Start School is committed to working in partnership with parents and carers and aims to resolve any concerns at the earliest possible stage.
Most concerns can be addressed informally by speaking with the Head Teacher. Parents and carers are encouraged to raise issues promptly so they can be dealt with quickly and effectively.
Where a concern cannot be resolved informally, a formal complaints procedure is in place. This procedure sets out clear stages, timescales, and arrangements for investigation, including a panel hearing with an independent member where required.
Complaints relating to the Head Teacher will be managed by the Proprietor.
All complaints are handled fairly, confidentially, and in line with Department for Education requirements for independent schools.
