Aneela Sattar
Aneela has a wide and varied work experience working with young people. She is the company director and has successfully opened two residential settings for young people alongside working closely to establish Supreme Start School.
Aneela, through work experiences, personal development and learning has developed a clear understanding of the legislation and the requirements required of setting up provisions e.g. residential children’s homes and independent schools.
Aneela has, over many years gained extensive knowledge and experience in child protection and protecting children and young people. Aneela has gained valuable skills and experience in building and leading highly effective management teams, to deliver quality services for all young people who use our services.
Aneela’s qualifications include a BA Social Work degree and Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Leadership and Management which she believes will develop her management skills further and support her in her role moving forward.
She is fully aware of the OFSTED and the DFE requirements and standards expected to set up and run a successful residential and Independent educational settings.
